I read that a policeman is allowed to fire at a fleeing suspect if the suspect has committed a felony.
Question
If there was an instance of physically resisting arrest by Brown at the car, but not an actual
punch thrown at the officer, did Brown commit a felony?

(5,455 posts)As to whether resisting arrest would be classified as a felony or misdemeanor under Missouri law, more information then I believe is currently available would be needed for an accurate answer.
