1. "charging" implies a motivation, is subjective, not objectively describing anything.

She was attempting to show what a "real" prosecutor, seeking an indictment, would have done ... cross-examine the defendant's testimony ... like this prosecutor did to every witness and forensic evidence that cut against wilson's narrative of events.

And I can see how, in the context of the dehumanization of Michael, I can see her point about "charging" being "racially tinged."
