(14,449 posts)I was very truthful too. Quite a survey I must say. I hope it is unanimous. I don't want to hear a year from now, but...
Completely unanimous.

(2,016 posts)Maybe you can post the results on DU if you have a good sample size.
Good luck!
Not a bad idea, I'll definitely have a good sample size because I did a power analysis so I know how many I need in order to deem my research statistically significant.

(28 posts)It refers to how many Muslims you come into contact with that you are at least acquainted to (work with, friends with, live with, etc.).
If none, just put 0.
Thanks!

(115,686 posts)lack of they have, unless we discuss religion or they are wearing the clothing of a particular sect that may wear something? I also do not know how to tell if someone is Jewish, Christian, Hindu, Agnostic, etc since in most cases since they look like everyone else.
Or are you asking how many that I know of for sure, because I come into contact with a wide range of people and religion rarely comes up.
I guess you can tell my fear factor is low.

(45,319 posts)I don't ask. Unless someone is dressed in traditional clothing, how would I know if they are Muslim? Or Baptist? Or anything?
I see a few people in clearly Muslim traditional garb, women, in an average week, but I have no idea how many Muslims I run into other than that. My old neighborhood had a mosque nearby, but it also had a vast collection of Sikhs and Copts and Orthodox Jews and so again, hard to keep track. In that neighborhood, I'd have to ask the pollster what they mean by Muslim. There I knew people who were atheists born Muslim, Sikhs born Jewish, Christians born animist, you name it. You had to see the practice to know the person held it.
