More bad stuff in the latest budget plan
Additional non-sense chipping away at the limits put on super rich campaign donors.
http://www.cnn.com/2014/12/10/politics/spending-bill-campaign-donations/index.html?hpt=hp_t2 sigh... I guess at least the hillary supporters will be happy

4. I know who the current president is
Who do you think would benefit from unlimited donations from millionaires in the primary? Hillary with all her wall street friends, or someone like warren or sanders?

3. Don't forget the corporate welfare for collection agencies at the expense of lower-income students
The Washington Post reports that instead of using the portion of surplus dollars to fund college for lower-income students, it will now be used to pay companies that collect student loans on behalf of the Department of Education.
More: http://consumerist.com/2014/12/10/deal-to-keep-the-government-running-cuts-303m-from-pell-grant-program Which, of course, forces lower-income students to take out more loans (which can not be discharged in bankruptcy), thus driving up the profits of the collection agencies even more. |

5. The Repubs have taken the government hostage with this and some of the other provisions. They know
that if the Dems vote against the budget bill, or Obama vetoes it, the Dems will be blamed for the gov't shutdown and we'll likely lose big in 2016. If they vote for it, they anger their base. Either way it ends up with Dems looking bad. The gov't runs out of money tomorrow, so the Dems will probably have to suck it up and pass the bill then try and overturn some of the bad parts later.
