We watched the show on Christmas Day, I was unsurprised, unimpressed and entertained. The USA does not walk away without having the writers (did they really have writers? I wonder) smack our own police state.

I watched it specifically as an act of flipping off the NK dictatorship.

My librarian spouse and eldest son enjoyed the movie immensely.

The people behaving with their snooty I'm-to-cultured-to-watch-anything-like-this attitude rammed up their noses are inadvertently expressing support for the oppressive NK government.
