I'm skeptical but now that the bill's author has heard citizen's concerns, if he's really not trying to make wearing hoodies unlawful, he (or someone else) will modify the bill tighten up the language. A lot of whites like to wear hooded sweatshirts too.

The hood becomes very useful when I'm caught in a light rain, or if my ears start to get cold.

Liking this one bit. A lot of country folk in OK. Farmers, cattle & horsemen, fishing, camping, four wheeling, monster trucking, NASCAR followers who regularly don the cammo & other colored hoodies. Not to mention schools 0& university students who absolutely & proudly support their school's logo on hoodies. (OSU). Athletes, runners, cyclists & such. How about those who work outdoors on construction, roads, delivery services (FED EX, UPS, POSTAL) & pizza delivery people.
This covers an awful lot of people who find hoodies a necessary item to cover themselves against the wind & rain & sleet & cold weather that often is a part of life, be it day or night, on the Oklahoma plains.
And I will just bet that the very idiot politicians that created & support this boneheaded policy, all own at least one hoodie themselves.

But OK being pathetically Red & ever so christian will find a way to blame Obama & the non-white-like them, for this inconvenience.

I read the proposed bill (twice) and must have missed it.
