If NYC loses rent control in June, the NYPD and NYFD may not be able to live in NYC.

The new GOP controlled NY Senate is bound to do away with rent control. Without rent control NYC will not be NYC.

Their buyout position will be a drastic cut in landlord taxes, which will force subway, road tolls, and taxi fares up.
