Just listen to Rush Limbaugh and his comrades, on a day like this.
The Tea Party does not want compromise. That is not what the last election was about. The problem is not about "making government work" but about "cutting government". We don't need to pass more laws - we need less laws.
It is not about working in a bi-partisan way. The people do not want that. They did not vote for that, they say. They were voted in to stymie any Obama proposals. Impeachment is not off the table...
