13. It's certainly true that you could do a similar cartoon about American Christofascists.

Still, that fact doesn't make this cartoon hate speech or the like. This week, the murderous intolerance of some Muslims happens to have monopolized the front pages, to the (temporary) exclusion of the murderous intolerance of some Christians.
