(16,199 posts)The USA has a very strict definition defined in article III section 3 of the U.S. Constitution. Advocating wouldn't meet it. It would be sedition in a classic sense, but current laws are also very limited in this regard due to Free Speech court cases over the last 75 years.

(16,199 posts)I will say, the second link is clearly protected speech, if annoying as hell. The first one may not be protected speech depending upon that nation's laws. The Queen hasn't been too tolerant of overthrow speech and it is usually banned in all British Commonwealth nations.
