Question about tonight. What happened when he was talking about TPP? I heard his statement

and saw the look on his face when he did not get the applause.

but might be confused with foreign policy generally.

2. He received applause, but it was much more subdued than that received for

the bulk of his speech.

At least there was one line they could applaud.
