On the page that asks for a donation, it first said "you're all set. Your sticker is on the way." And I got a confirmation email within seconds.

Free.

I think perhaps you aren't aware of the import of this new statement from Warren.

Up until now she has said, "I am not running for President."

That construction, Subject + is/am/are + BLANKing, has two common meanings:

Present: "I'm typing." Meaning, RIGHT NOW.
Future plans: "He's going to college." Meaning, next year say, after he finishes high school.

Earlier this month, however, Warren was asked, "Are you going to run for President?" and her answer was "No."

The NEW ELEMENT here is not so much her forthright, unadorned "no" but the form of the question that she said no to! The question wasn't "Are you running for President" -- the question was "Are you GOING TO run for President."

As in, I'm GOING TO vote for Hillary when she's the Democratic nomniee in 2016. I imagine you're going to vote for her then as well!

..."I'm not GOING to run", e.g. she's not traveling somewhere else to run. She's going to do it right here (wherever here was).

These politicians are tricky...
