As you know I am far from being an Hillary lover. But as others. I think this story is mainly overmounted. But mainly doesnt mean fully.
Yes using private mailboxes has been legal during Hillary s tenure as SoS. And I also believe govt. servers could be shitty.
But what bothers me in this stiry is that it is stated that she also used that exclusovely, both for State works that, as you know can be really sensitive, and also for communication regarding Clinton fondation issues. And that is the most intriguing part of the story.
I do know the vast major part of the "scandal" is RW crap.
Bit as everyone I have the rkght to express some doubts. Some here label me a RWer. Nontheless did the forgot how both Clintons in the past protected the BFEE? Does any of them have forgotten their aqquinttances with big RW buisnessworlds and WS members?
So yes the story is far most a RW crap
But Hillary Clinton in not empty from shadows, though. Ask President Obama which wirh Hillary was upset he didnt started a new war? Isnt that Dem bashing fellows too? Of course is it.
IMHO.

(115,677 posts)things to be upset about with her, but using a private email is not one.
Focus on what is important and real rather than being side tracked by the bright shiny thing.

(12,530 posts)It was very foolish for her to use her own home-based email server. I didn't say it was illegal, but it was a really bad idea.

I'm not of the opinion that this issue disqualifies Hillary for the nomination. I actually see this as the Administration's collective security mistake. However, it is an issue, and it's good that it's being examined - especially in light of the Administration's aggressive prosecution of whistle blowers. If they are so concerned about leaked information, they should look to their own security mistakes.
