I wish there was at least 1 BRAVE Alabama judge willing to defy the state and obey the Federal court order

It's sad that there apparently isn't. Not one.

gay or straight. The Judge said he wouldn't discriminate. There's an OP about it here somewhere, posted yesterday.

Both have levelled legal guidance that a probate violates at their peril. I have no doubt federal supremacy will ultimately prevail, but until then,, its a nasty catch 22
