Ferguson cop has a sad, says Eric Holder made him cry.

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2983022/I-broke-tears-read-Michael-Brown-report-good-cops-Ferguson-officer-speaks-devastating-probe-branded-department-racist.html

A serving Ferguson police officer revealed that he broke down in tears after he read the Department of Justice report which condemned his force and said: ‘I just close my eyes and wish it wasn’t like that’.

The officer said that his colleagues were ‘good cops’ and that they were ‘hurting’ just like the rest of the community.

In an exclusive interview with Daily Mail Online he said they were all standing behind embattled Ferguson police chief Tom Jackson but were fearful they would lose their jobs if the department was shut down.

More tearful agonizing.

Speaking to Daily Mail Online, the Ferguson police officer said the report misrepresented not just the force, but the city.

'The report is hard to read, but that’s not me,' he said.

‘I am good with the people, the community. We have good officers. Do they write more tickets than some people? Maybe. But they are good officers.

‘This hurts, it really does. When you read it, you read it as a city as a whole. You read it like everybody is like that, but not everybody is like that.’

Breaks my heart. Poor cops.

There's no indication that their actions were any more or less racist, in an institutional racism sense, than those of white officers were.

2 white cops were forced to resign, so it's not one of them. Also, not many FPD cops have been willing to talk to the press.
This one has.

to the sad sack in this article.

Though the self-pitying tone does seem consistent.

But, you're probably right that some local PD will eagerly scoop those guys up as window dressing for their own abusive, racist systems.

Dilworth certainly has demonstrated where his loyalties lie between the racist, abusive racketeering power structure and the black community.

Dilworth hates that his department is being portrayed as a predator, raising revenue by writing traffic tickets to poor minorities.

...

Surviving in the stressful conditions “starts from the top down,” Dilworth said. He praised Chief Thomas Jackson, who had promoted him to sergeant, saying he stands behind Jackson’s sometimes controversial handling of the situation “110 percent.”

That's one guy who will go along to get along, regardless of the constitution. A willful jackbooted thug willing to squeeze poor black people to ingratiate himself to the racist pieces of shit running that town, including the racketeering piece of shit police chief.

http://www.justice.gov/sites/default/files/opa/press-releases/attachments/2015/03/04/ferguson_police_department_report.pdf

In an ideal world, every member of the Ferguson PD who failed to object to the practices would be permanently barred from working in law enforcement.

Plenty of malls for these guys to guard.

But I'd be willing to bet their "goodness" is completely suppressed by the shit head bretheren, and the potential for that "goodness" to take a foot hold lacks any momentum to become the habits of the majority.
