If talks fail and Iran gets the bomb, we should not attack them. We should just let them have it.

Also, If Israel attacks Iran, the US should refuse to participate

The GOP sabotaged the peace efforts.

It does make sense for Iran to have the bomb if Israel also has the bomb.

MAD actually works.

There's a reason why Bush never went after North Korea.

Iraq and Afghansitan did not have a nuclear weapon.

That's the real lesson here.

Hey, you keep that calm rationality out of this! Iranians are suicidal nuke-obsessed maniacs! arcane1 Mar 2015 #1

Though if they did, I'm not sure I could blame them, seeing as how they're essentially surrounded by nuclear weapons - Israel, India, Pakistan, China, Russia, and NATO nukes in Turkey.

According to the propaganda, Iran has been "on the verge" of a bomb since 1998. I have to imagine if they wanted one, they would have one.

if people are really worried about nukes in the middle east, they ought to look at Riyadh or tel Aviv. of course, nukes aren't hte issue - the issue is revenge against Iran for...

- Overthrowing the murderous dictator we instaleld over them
- exposing the CIA plot to reinstall him
- Not crumbling against "our man" Saddam's invasion of iran
- Maintaining foreign and economic policies that consider iran first instead of Empire States
- Insisting on their rights as NPT signatories.
- being a challenge to Israeli-Saudi-American hegemony in the Middle East.
