This discussion thread was locked as off-topic by William769 (a host of the General Discussion forum).

By all means, bludgeon me with it; it hurts so good!

Well I have to admit that all those pictures of trumad are very professionally made, with the rain and all those artifices that we use in photography these days. Oh, I never told you that I was in the photography business some years ago? Sorry, sometimes I talk too much and other-times too little about my private life. Err, were was I? Oh, yes, tricks! To manipulate people. Well I'm sorry to disappoint you but your thread needs reworking, it's a little, well, no, a lot amateurish but hey, at least it's not you who took these pics. And I'm still stupefied about trumad looking so much like Obama, wow, small world indeed.

Mostly though it's just been further refinement and extrapolations. Economics took a big shift, as did views on foreign policy.

91. I'll use both now to describe myself (with an explanation attached).

I have just recently embraced the term "far leftist" since so many within my camp seem to think of me as such.

In reality, my views are NOT held by many in the Democratic Party leadership anymore (or the Democratic Senate for that matter).

So, I'll use both to describe myself to others now which serves as an opportunity to describe just what has happened to the Democratic Party, why we haven't seen any progress economically for so many over the past few decades, and the awakening that needs to happen if we ever hope to begin to see economic progress for the masses.

Some will see me as a liberal. Others (Many) will see me as a far-leftist today, and that is why things will continue to get worse for most.

The more the country has shifted to the right, and the more I have educated myself about my working-poor background and the history of what's considered "the left" (which reaches back way beyond the origin of that phrase during the French Revolution), the more I identify as a leftist (democratic socialist, basically).
