Nobody's saying she shouldn't. The only question is who will run against her in the primaries.

There will be primary opponents.

Having a primary is a way to engage and energize the base, while attrracting Independents and some swing voters.

Without a primary, only the Republicans will be on television and in the press, dwarfing any message of progressive thought or idea.

in the general. Primaries are the seasoning of the candidate. Just because a politician has been through one already, there should be no bye granted. My opinion.
