"REMBER PERL" is spaced much more widely than "HORBER." Some of the letters seem very level, others catawampus. But The Internet gets a fiver with this: overweight, white, racist, not Texas, and lousy parkers. Wheee!

Whatever. It is, or it isn't. There are more important things to focus on this beautiful Sunday afternoon. Like lunch...

This could be a woman with the photographer, waiting while he/she takes the picture.
This could be a woman getting into the car next to this truck.
This could be a woman on her way to her car in another row, and someone recognizes her and shouts her name.
This could be a woman doing what I do on a regular basis these days... "Where the hell did I park my car?"

How is that identifying to anybody whithout DMV or police records access?

The plates are purposely placed where everyone can see them and the records are protected so few people can access the record data.

The numbers on that plate means nothing to me. Just like the thousand plates I will see on my long drive home today.

Sometimes. I don't always trust people to do the right thing.

A coworker just tapped into someone with access to verify the name and address of a guy she's thinking of dating. A friend's forensic accountant father sleuthed a man one of his daughters was engaged to. An Ohioan hospital worker nosed around a patient's medical record and "syphilis-shamed" her on Facebook. And you know those "public servants" in Ferguson were digging around where they shouldn't have been digging.

I wouldn't share someone else's info online, and wouldn't want mine shared. But I appear to be in the minority on this issue.

...and you're worried about HIS privacy? If he doesn't seem too worried about his privacy, why would we be?

And I have to say, bad spelling and stupidity aside I have to somewhat agree with the sentiment expressed. There's nothing more obnoxious than a Texan living someplace other then Texas. They seem to be pretty decent people when they're in Texas, I've found them to be polite, well mannered and considerate, but let them live someplace else and they just can't seem to be Texan enough. Flags and bumper stickers and Texas this and Texas that until you're sick to death of it. I figure this poor Oregonian has one such fellow as a neighbor and finally snapped under the weight of his Texaness and one drunken saturday night painted that on the back of his SUV just to rile the neighbor. Luckily the guy it's aimed at is Texan so he won't pick up on the spelling errors.
