Jill and Jessa identified as two of Josh Duggar’s molestation victims in Fox News interview

Two of Josh Duggar‘s sisters have now been identified as victims of sexual assault, the two girls identified themselves in an interviewwith Fox News.

Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar spoke with Fox anchor Megyn Kelly at their home in Arkansas, and the interview will air on Kelly’s 9 p.m. program on Wednesday.

Jessa, 22, and Jill, 24, are victims and will speak in an interview airing on Friday.

Jessa said what her brother did was “very wrong” but went to say, “I do want to speak up in his defense against people who are calling him a child molester or a pedophile or a rapist, some people are saying. I’m like, that is so overboard and a lie really, I mean people get mad at me for saying that but I can say this because I was one of the victims.”

TLC Wants to run a new show about Jill & Jessa's new lives as married with families of their own
This interview, including the two girls, paves the way for their new spinoff show. They will grab a big bunch of christian sympathy and carry on like nothing happened.
Exploitation at its finest.
Bet they are already working on the Premier

Puke.

Does Jessa think it's not 'molesting' to molest a five year old. I don't think she understands words. Home school sucks.

Repulsive to the point of recoil & block it from memory.
Oh wait..gays should burn in hell, cuz the Duggers got a direct hotline to jeezus & he said pedos & incest is all good, but not those gays & Trans.

And jeesuz sent the GoldDuggers out to announce who is first class (them) and who is second class citizens among the human race.
Fuck all them sick fucking fucks.

Victims sometimes have a hard time acknowledging just what happened to them - especially when it is a family member doing the abusing. They will avoid using certain terms because of the (well deserved) negative associations with phrases and words like child molester, rapist, and pedophile.

A child that is beaten and abused by a parent lives with the conflicting emotions that come from loving their abuser. It's your Mom/Dad, you're supposed to love them. On top of everything else, the fear and the physical abuse, you're still emotionally tied to your abuser and that makes it harder to admit what's happening.

Same thing happens within the family where incest occurs.

Now, add into the mix being told that you did something to cause the abuse. Of having parents that protected your abuser first and foremost. Lot of denial.

If you can't call your abuse what it really is, you're still being victimized. If you can't call your abuser what he/she really is - you're still being victimized.

Faced with physical abuse growing up (and never dealing with that hot mess properly), a person can become a perfect target for further abuse later on in life, falling prey to sexual predators, even more physical abuse, or emotionally manipulated by some power-mongering mate.

The statements that these Duggar women have now made tells me that they probably never received any psychological support for what occurred when they were children.

They will always be victims .

Jill and Jessa deceived their husbands by pretending they were chaste/untouched. Their husbands weren't even allowed to hug or kiss them before the wedding.

None of them should have TV shows.

Considering this entire incident brings out a variety of emotions to each individual, & that it also becomes very personal, I am not about questioning some poster's response inmediately following the interview.

To give the Duggars an hour of one's evening to hear them out is credible. One's emotional response is understandable & I will give the poster their tiny space on a media page to say what they feel.
We have ALL now become victims of the Duggars.
Normal functioning people do not want anymore of the Duggars in their life, on their TV, & never asked nor expected to have lain on their shoulders, the emotional reverb of the Duggars handling of a very ugly family matter.
TLC & the Duggars need to leave people alone from here on.
Their stink is now everyone to smell forever. We can't just wash it off & pretend it never happened. Their ugly is now part of all our lives.
To see anyone of them on TV, in an interview or on a cute cool spinoff show brings back all the ugly that their ignorance shoved on our conscience.
We are ALL victims now.

And that's my emotional rant.
I will allow others to state their emotional response to something so personal & ugly, also.

Abused people often defend their abusers, especially if the result of turning on them would be a complete loss of everything they hold dear in life.

Can you imagine what would happen to these women if they DIDN'T defend their brother? They'd be shunned from their family and social circle for life. Groomed their entire lives to simply be brides and mothers to another generation of Quiverfuls, they'd have no support at all if they were expelled from the family. Hell, their father controls their lives so completely that he is in charge of picking out their husbands!

Yeah, how dare everyone call him a pedophile and child molester!?!? All he did was finger his pre-teen sisters! Soooo overboard

those who enabled that Josh-pig are even worse. Once a child-diddler, always
a child-diddler. I hope children's services looks into Josh's "family" life.

And, Josh had to learn it from somewhere/someone. More than likely he was
molested as a child, too.

Also, those girls who were so young when it happened may think they forgive,
but repressed anger and shame DO return to haunt victims of child molestation -
that is for certain.

TLC & the Duggars, all of them, put their stink of ugly incest coverup on us all, while ostrascizing others whom they labelled legally sub-human.

They seem to either be too ignorant to realize the damage done, or still hope they can convince the public to buy their innocent mantra, as they prepare for another season of the GoldDuggars
The whole bunch & TLC needs to go away & leave people alone.
