(29,257 posts)It is the very greatest of sadnesses. He seems like a model father with devotion to his children his first priority.
Nothing could be worse.

(2,825 posts)Too hard to look at. I enjoyed receiving Beau's e-mails after his father dropped out of the primaries. They were never about asking for money--just what he was doing as attorney general. He was always doing good things.

(323 posts)experience, it is the hardest thing that a person will ever have to do, and Mr. Biden has had to do it twice. I wish him all my best, and I wish I could be there for him and his family.

Much as I hate the invasion, I realize he was a public figure and that some coverage is expected. What I can't stand is when a reporter shoves his microphone into a bereaved person's face and asks how they're feeling.
Show a little decorum, guys

(33,688 posts)There's just something about him that makes you want to give the guy a hug. He's a genuine person and that always shines through.
All good vibes to the Biden family. No parent should have to bury a child.
