"I Still Love You"

The Oscar Winner is doubling down on her support for the LGBT community with her latest pop hit, “I Still Love You.”

The video, which dropped this morning, features a father’s hesitant and emotional decision to attend his gay son’s wedding.

“I just think the concept was just powerful to go with such a positive song. It’s about love and everyone should have love and have the right to love who they want to love,” Jennifer told MTV News. “So I thought it would be powerful to take a concept like trying to find your equality in love no matter who you love.”

The Grammy and Academy Award winner is a part of Turn It Up for Change, the W Hotel’s marriage equality campaign to support HRC’s work.

8. Today has been the shittiest day this year.

But that video and post really made me get a nice emotional release. In a very happy way, of course.

(And no not just DU stuff has made today shitty, nephew and niece had accidents and I almost made my nephew lose his right eye, very very bad mistake, both wound up in the ER, all my fault completely. And I lost a dear friend. It's a very stressful day on top of the rest of today's DU drama which I'm still conflicted about.)

10. Wow what a crappy day

Hope things all work out ok and you don't have another day like that ever.

12. I let him open the oven to take out food.

He insists, so as I was taking out the very hot pan with chicken tenders on it (450 degrees) he closed it and it burned my arm and I reflexively pulled the very hot pan back, it hit right underneath his right eye. If it hit his eye he may very well have lost it.

(Fortunately only a 1st degree burn, I acted very quickly to put him under the faucet to run cold water on it.)

Then, we took him to the ER to get it checked out, and my niece fell hard against a pot in the waiting room with a flower in it and it caused a major lesion on her head, which required a staple to fix.

Then I sign online and find that a good friend and DUer died.
