You can still be arrested, and thrown in a military prison, without a day in front of a jury, on specious charges of supporting terrorism, and held there until the "war" ends.

Read the actual ruling. This is a PR stunt, not an actual legal victory. All the existing laws which made the above legal *before* NDAA still hold.
