Women have been the caretakers and caregivers to everyone from the babies they bear to their grandparents on the deathbed. When not part of the family, they have been hired as caregivers.

Now, women are fully accepted as not just the nurses, but the doctors, too. And the lawyers and bank managers and a whole lot of other stuff.
