Josh Duggar's 'Rehab' May Just Be A Christian Labor Camp That Has 'No Medical Staff'

http://www.thenewcivilrightsmovement.com/davidbadash/josh_duggar_s_rehab_may_just_be_a_christian_labor_camp_that_has_no_medical_staff

Now, the Duggars this week say Josh has entered rehab. But given their following of Quiverfull practices and their extreme Christian beliefs, chances are good that Josh's "rehab" is Christ-based, not medical-based.

Gawker has published several reports stating that Josh Duggar has likely checked into "the Christian-based, North Love Baptist Church-affiliated Reformers Unanimous recovery center. A place that’s little more than a glorified, bible-based labor camp."

Reformers Unanimous is headed by Dr. Paul Kingsbury who "was raised in a Christian home and came to know the Lord Jesus as his personal Savior at five years of age. At sixteen he surrendered to serve Christ with his life under the preaching ministry of Dr. Jack Hyles of Hammond, Indiana. He began preaching in jails, nursing homes and rescue missions. He attended Maranatha Baptist Bible College and graduated from Hyles-Anderson College in 1976."

Hyles-Anderson College is an unaccredited Independent Baptist college that trains ministers, not M.D.s.

That kind of explains some the wife's family strange comments wishing he gets 'broken' in rehab. This cult is some serious weird shit.

I haven't googled to get the exact number, but I bet there are a lot of little kids in that family's care that need help. Keep in mind, this is just one family that made it onto TV... there is a whole cult of Quiverfull and no doubt in my mind of equal abuse.

IOW: surrendered to God and no longer feeling like he is the center of the universe, entitled to have his way.

Same concept exists in 12 step groups.

He's essentially going to be doing what he was doing when they first shipped him off for molesting his sisters and their friend - drywalling or other kind of home remodeling.

If it didn't work the first time, and it appears it didn't, most people would do something different the next time.

I bet it is with a staffer at his next job, year 2017.

Anyone else want to guess the situation?

If he didn't commit a crime and he just wants to get over his sex hangups, he gets to pick his own rehab and it's no one's business, right? Some people hike across deserts or meditate or join 12 step groups or take up spiritual knitting or fast for thirty days. Whatever.

If he has committed a crime and been convicted, he should wear orange and be treated like everyone else.
