Silly as I am
wouldn't it make more sense for the government (right now fighting druglords in mexico)
to
either Allow it (are doing)
or better
State farms of properly documented certified all number 1 american weed!
(properly taxed and documented and giving a nice profit to the state)
or is that a weird idea?

Prohibition has been tried before with the same results as this time. And the government used to grow lots of hemp.
