15. Struck me though as similar

to a hide I got, where the person brings up something themselves, and then if you say something in return, they now have set you up as having hurt their feelings. There are a couple of posters like that. You get the feel they are not victim enough so they stir up to get something they can jump on.

She brought up the "slanty eyes" and the OP just riffed on that more or less. He has not come up with it himself. He was sort of quoting her. It is not blaming the victim, it is saying someone wanted to have a chance to be a victim. It's some sort of drama some people seem to need in their lives.
