(13,863 posts)I remember when Bill Clinton's Secretary of Health, Donna Shalala called addiction a medical problem,not a criminal one. The wing nuts went crazy because they are about the politics of blame. Here we are 20 years later dealing with the same failed policy that is the War on Drugs. It's great to see people speaking up like this.
