on the border of SC/NC. Upstate didn't get near the rain the midlands got. I'm seeing pictures on Twitter of furniture floating in houses.

The water is rising rapidly. The problem is that places are flooding that never have before. So they get people out and they're in trouble again or somebody else unexpectedly is.

with severe damage expected. And there will be another 24hours of rain. Many records have fallen including most rainfall in 24 hours.
