There is a river of rain coming in from the ocean over NE SC. It is a huge area around this line.
This state is washing away for real.
The rain is expected to continue for hours.

(17,111 posts)The water is rising rapidly. The problem is that places are flooding that never have before. So they get people out and they're in trouble again or somebody else unexpectedly is.
