He ran a sub-four hour race this year, at age 50. Very well done, I think! There was no blockade of the race by Black Lives Matter, which reached an agreement with the City of St. Paul not to do that. Instead, they demonstrated in a space provided at the end of the race.
Good running to all the participants who are still on the course!

26+ miles in under four minutes is pretty fast. It's been years since I've been able to do that.
