While same sex marriage is at the heart of this, all of the heterosexual couples who can't get married because of these idiots need to sue.

Most people plan their weddings sometime ahead, book a place for the ceremony and the reception, invite people, hire a caterer, order flowers, and so on. Couples whose weddings cannot go forward thanks to such assholes, need to hold their feet to the fire.
