The U.S. bombed Doctors Without Borders Hospital in Kunduz

They were advised of coordinates in advance. Urgent call to top U.S. official at the onset did nothing to prevent further attack. Was this done with deliberate malicious forethought? The U.S. has virtually no credibility due to initial 'collateral damage' comment in my opinion. If it was merely a mistake, there are obviously some in the decision-making process who should not be entrusted deadly force capabilities.
