Instead of the TPP, may I suggest that we the people join with people in other countries

to sign an agreement with regard to how and where the profits of multinationals should be taxed.

I would suggest just for starts that corporations should pay some form of property, payroll (Social Security and health insurance, etc.) taxes in any country in which they produce goods or hire employees, and that they should pay taxes on the profits they make when they sell goods in the country in which the goods are sold.

i would also like to suggest that corporations be required to pay these taxes before they can move any of their money or products out of the countries in which they either produce or sell the goods into any third country.

These are just ideas. The important thing is that we should have a uniform law governing where corporations pay taxes on what.
