Why didn't Carly tell HP how she felt about management?

Judging from her opinions tonight of how things work so much better without regulatory oversight, I'd think she could have let the board at HP know in her application that they should get out of the workers way and let them manage the company to their own best interests.

After all, only when independent contractors work without restraints can they prosper and lift all boats within the organization. Actually, they may well have done a better job than her, but I suspect she felt otherwise.

It was also interesting to note that companies like big banks and Walgreens only monopolize to wage battle against big govt instead of profit. I have to wonder what cereal box she clipped her MBA from.

(and maybe still is) substance testing for Olympic athletes.

But, I suppose that's nothing to do with regulation.
