Bus driver charged after assaulting special needs teen - bravo kids
The most beautiful part of this story was the response of the kids - they told him to stop, they recorded the assault and came off the bus and reported the scumbag to a deputy.

A Johnston school bus driver is facing charges, accused of assaulting a special needs student on his bus Thursday afternoon. 61-Year old Robert Scarbrough is charged with Assault and Child Endangerment. Middleschoolers on the bus videotaped the whole incident. Fabeiola Jamboa was on the bus and saw the whole thing. "He (The bus driver) just grabbed his jacket and threw him on the ground. Just like that. Nothing else. Like he was worthless." Jamboa said.
Moments after the alleged attack, most of the kids got off the bus when they saw a Polk County Sheriff's deputy parked near-by and reported the incident. "We just got off the bus." Jamboa said, "Maybe like five to six people stayed on the bus. We just all ran out and just yelled to him and he (The bus driver) just said the f-word to everybody. Just cussed. He didn't care... He just cussed at us. He didn't care. He was soulless."
Scarbrough's future with the district is also in question. "He's on administrative leave." District spokeswoman Laura Sprague said, "He is not working as a driver in this capacity." Sprague said she is not sure whether Scarbrough is still on the district's payroll. She did say he passed all the necessary backgrounds and classes when he was hired this year, and has never had any complaints from parents or students.
