The GOP’s nipple ban: The war on women gets personal — and even more hateful — in New Hampshire

The Republican war on women is mostly focused on trying to control what women do with the parts below the belt, but in New Hampshire, that urge to put conservative men in charge of lady bodies has drifted upwards, focusing on the nipple. Republican men in the state legislature, clearly having nothing better to do with their time than worry about what strangers do with their boobies, recently proposed a bill banning women from having exposed nipples in public.

As reported by Mark Stern at Slate, this bit of government overreach annoyed Democratic state legislator Amanda Bouldin, who took to Facebook on Tuesday to express said annoyance.

Basically everything we need to know is in the snip you added, ellen. And, boy Salon has a crappy website. Super slow to load and so many active items that it takes forever just to scroll the page.

Besides all that, those two legislators are complete idiots. Especially the guy who flat out insulted her personally. What a jerk.

I've got news for these good ole boys. I'm sick and tired of the attempted suppression of women.
No I don't go around with nipples showing but I'm freaking tired of the attempted dominance of women by male politicians.
What the hell are their wives putting up with.

I've found in my life that it's the guys with domineering, emasculating wives who want to control and subjugate women outside of their homes. At least that has been my experience, I'm sure there are the ones you described as well.

These same assholes who want to ban Sharia law, want to implement their version of Christianity on all of us, which is as unconstitutional as it gets. But you notice, they pick what is enforced and what is ignored (women cutting t heir hair is anathema according to a verse in the Bible) so is divorce and eating pork. They are EXACTLY like the Taliban, including the love of guns. So far they haven't come out against education for women, but don't be surprised when it happens too.

these assholes who want to ban Sharia law, want to implement their version of Christianity on all of us, which is as unconstitutional as it gets.....

especially those last seven words...Here are the exact words of the First Ammendment..................................................

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances".....

................no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercixe thereof:..........

NO MEANS NO.......what is the big deal with woman's nipples?
..Is it new?..no...not new... Are humans the only ones who let their babies feed off of them?..no..

does anyone know someone who sucked on a mother's nipple to get milk...well, I did when I was a baby....maybe you know someone..? Are nipples bad ???..no..you are correct.

.it is just their view on what is "evil" being put on the rest of us..

As a matter of fact ....

NH has a population of o/a 1.24M. During ski season there's probably more out of state ski nazis and snow bunnies here than there are Graniteheads. At least 75 to 80% of the state is woodland, most a national forest.

NH's ledge, General Court, has 400 members, making it the third largest ledge on the planet. Of course, like anyone with too much time on their hands, they'll find something stupid to do.

What is puzzling even a Repug member of the ledge should know that for at least five months of the year no one goes topless in NH; it's too freakin' cold. About the only entity who even consider popping the top from Nov to Mar would be a drunk or high snow bunnie.

with your very own

rubber nipple stamp!

Either that, or buy a bunch of surplus bottle nipples and ship them to the "es-steamed" repubs so they have something to chew on. Cupcakes decorated as neckid nipples would work, too.

I know the reason, wimmins aren't full peeples in their eyes. But I still want to get up in their face and ask them that question at full volume. Are you making America more free, or less free?
