Who is watching the Golden Globes? Leo DiCaprio explains why they had to go to Patagonia

to finish shooting the film (The Revenant): they had to find snow!

We saw the film yesterday. My husband loves to watch the credits (while I run to the rest room after
a 2 1/2 hour movie) and he told me they had filmed in Patagonia! Yikes. That is crazy. I thought,
well, maybe it was cheaper than Canada? But that seemed strange.

No, Leo said it was because it was so warm that the snow was melting or not there and they had to shut
down shooting the film. Amazing. The only place they could find snow? Patagonia.

Then it became extremely evident how serious they all took the Awards. I'm all for providing special recognition, but hey, you are friggen actors, laugh at yourselves and be grateful for the money you are being paid.

Haven't been able to watch a Robert Downey Jr movie since.

Should be an interesting week in LA, they will all announce intent to move, and I think we will end up with the Raiders and Rams, just like the 80s again. I am fine with that, means the Niners play here once a year.

11. DiCaprio discussed his new movie with Charlie Rose and the climate conditions that

forced then to relocate for filming. He has worked substantially with climate change awareness including a couple films narrated by Thom Hartmann, 'The Last Hours of Ancient Sunlight' maybe and another coming out next year. For his work in this area I have respect and we could use more wealthy people involved in progressive efforts. At least one professional sports player has endorsed Bernie Sanders, a Seahawks member I believe and maybe others. There are a lot worse villains around as we well know.
