Incoming supplies of water are scarce.

And the governor, and all other authorities that can do anything about it, are doing NOTHING.

An America city is dying for lack of water.

Somehow, a cartoon can't get across the very real, deadly crisis that exists in Flint.

And most of America is clueless as to what's happening there.
