Donald Trump Paid Sarah Palin $10 Million For Endorsement

With millions of dollars saved by free media coverage, it allows Donald Trump to spend money differently than a traditional politician. He recently paid Sarah Palin $10 million for her endorsement to help gain Evangelical support.

The strategy behind the deal was to help court the Evangelical vote away from Ted Cruz in Iowa. Strategist Dale Roberts told the Des Moines Register, “This was a smart move, cheaper than buying TV ads, and most likely more effective. When going after the uneducated, you always bring in one of their own, someone they can relate to.”

There might be legal issues with the payoff, but it’s the only way Trump knows how to operate. From acquiring building construction permits to marriage divorces, payoffs have been Trumps ‘go to’ strategy, and he sees no reason to change for politics.

Trump’s former business partner Robert Cohen told The Wall Street Journal, “Classic Trump. Money is King in his world. That’s the art of his deal. Better get used to it America. That, and suing everyone for anything.

“If money didn’t work, Trump would have sued Palin into giving him her support. That’s daily business for him.”

14. Saw the movie, but missed that. I am almost deaf and use captioning, but also use hearing aids

and loud volume. But while simultaneously listening to what I can make out, watching what happens on screen, and reading the captions, I sometimes miss things. Obviously I missed that little Palinism.
