Stint as Law and Order's booking judge qualifies her, I think she said. ( Actually one need not be an actual judge or lawyer to qualify for SCOTUS, though I'm pretty sure she's unaware.)
Saw her live last nite in Tarrytown, NY. First time ever. (Cross that off the bucket list.)
On politics she offered that she doesn't like ANY of the Clintons ( Bill, Hillary OR Chelsea) and likes Sanders personally and politically but will vote for Clinton. ( Sometimes she just likes to mess with us, I'm thinking.)
Here she talks about Republican double talk re. the "death" tax. ( Go to about 1:50)

..but ONLY if she agrees to do all of her testimony in front of the J-Com in her voice from "The Nanny."
If they are going to be obstructionist, let them suffer while doing so.
(actually, Fran - while having no legal background of which I'm aware - would be a good pick).
