Well, that was sad as hell

Yesterday I watched my wife giving one of her standard outreach talks to students in Mumbai and a teenage boy asked, "I'm Muslim, and I've heard that if Trump becomes President I won't be able to come to America and study. Is that true?"

She's a pro at this, so she obviously dodged that question with some sort of generic feel-good pablum, but man that's fucking awful...

that were put there to ensure that no one man, not even an egomaniacal asshole like Trump, would be able to act like a dictator if he happened to get into office. All power is limited here, at least in theory.

Do you ever just step back and think about things? Like maybe being a pro at, well, ANYTHING does NOT entail lying to teenagers in Mumbai?
