Republican leaders from Illinois tried to convince Chicago football legend Mike Ditka to run for Senate in 2004, and Ditka said a few years ago that his decision not to run against Barack Obama was the "biggest mistake" he's ever made.

I happened to be on the sidelines for a 49ers-Bears game at Candlestick. The famous game where he threw his gum and hit someone. I was right there next to him and the stuff he screamed at his QB (Mike Tomzak) was so vile I cannot even report it. Incredibly vile stuff he was saying to another human being. Questioning his sexuality, his manhood in general etc. What a vile and disgusting human being.

I wear a goatee specifically because if I am only mustachioed, I look exactly like Mike Ditka. and I can't be having that. Fuck that fucking fuck.
