Trump's run and success so far means that America is for sale. Trump is trying to buy America and the media is acting as his agent. He's flaunting using his personal funds as means to buy the election.
He doesn't need to be "politically correct" because that would imply that he's giving some weight to the opinions of other groups from which he doesn't need support since he's buying. He doesn't need to have any policy ideas or plans because those are for people who intend to govern. He touts that he's a "business man" and sees running the country the same as running a business, one he intends to purchase wholesale . . . and maybe sell of later as businesses often are . . . for a profit.
The hawk and shill QVC commercial of a speech is just more of the same. It's what he does. It's all he does.
