This motherfucker is ABSOLUTELY inciting people. Fanning flames. Working up mouth breathers.

Twenty minutes of him yelling "get 'em out" they're "Beeeeerine supporters" "professional signs" maybe they're from "her campaign".

He has yet to give a speech. Ore even start one. The sole purpose is to incite violence.

Mother

Fucker.

context: KCMO Drumpf rally.

Drumpf has been fomenting violence for months now, and he definitely wants it. When it happens he will twist it and use it.

But here's something I am quite sure of: when Trump gets the all-out riot he wants, he won't be there in person.

They do not get to tell people, no less major presidential candidates, to "STFU."

The only time that could possibly stop him would be criminal-type incitement, which has a VERY high standard. Trump may be a terrible person advocating offensive ideas, but nothing he's saying or doing comes anywhere close to criminal conduct.

Look at the matter from the other side. For example, if Sanders or Clinton support BLM or other liberal groups during any of their speeches, should law enforcement be able to tell them to STFU because they're allegedly "endangering officers." I'm certainly many police officers and right-wingers would love that to happen.

that if I stood on a soapbox, gathered a crowd, and told people to slap the shit out of each other, I'd be arrested.

I know that sounds too simplistic... Trump has hired a hall, it's a private event, etc.
But I find it difficult to believe that there aren't any laws that deal with someone who is intentionally attempting to incite a riot. If a dozen people got trampled to death due to the lack of intervention, where does the law stand on that?

like inciting a riot. That standards are intentionally extraordinarily high because political speech has the very highest level of protection under the First Amendment.

There's simply no "Trump is an offensive, racist ass" exception to the Constitution. If Nazis can march in Skokie and BLM can chant "pigs in a blanket, fry 'em like bacon," Trump can certainly spew his filth without government sanction.
