Do either of the (American) Castro brothers have "attack dog" abilities?

Just thinking ahead. Our candidate (he OR she) will need a Vice Presidential candidate. I know at least Julian Castro (HUD Secy) has been mentioned as a possibility. Can he or his twin, Rep Joaquín Castro (D-TX) fill the role of oppositional eliminator?

They're just so soft spoken and polite in an atmosphere that at least requires some volume.

That's the best way I can explain how I feel. They're Dem "good guys".

He was brilliant. But Trump has sewn up the Latino vote for the the Democrats. Hillary has sewn up the African American vote. I'm not sure where they will go for VP.

I am dreaming of EW.

but from what I've seen Castro is sharp and quick with rhetoric.

His mother was an activist, they'll attack her for being a Marxist probably.

I see Rubio's support going to Kasich. He will surpass Cruz. I see Kasich on the the Republican ticket as the nominee or VP pick. Trump won't run third party.

This is serious. Neither Castro has held state-wide office.

The guy's an empty suit, as far as I'm concerned, and has no place on a national ticket until he actually accomplishes something and gets a more extensive resume. The Republicans would have a field day with such an unqualified guy being a heartbeat away from the presidency. And, yes, I know Trump is embarrassingly unqualified to be president as well but since when has that shitbag ever cared about not being hypocritical?
