whining about how President Obama wasn't doing his job and filling judicial vacancies in Texas.
Turned out the Republicans were holding up the process.


So what is it Cruz, President Obama needs to do his job and fill judicial vacancies or President Obama shouldn't be allowed to fill judicial vacancies?
