Once the larger results come in it'll probably be something like 52/48 or 53/47.

I reject that the NBC calls and the other calls until the final vote has been tallied and confirmed.

We've had too many "calls for" when it became obvious it was not.

In Dane and Milwaukee Co. there are probably still people voting. If you're in line when the polls close, you can vote. The first counties and precincts reporting are the ones that closed on time and likely had lower turnouts...the rural precincts that were expected to go Walker. This election will be tightening late...it's a question of if it can get tight enough to push Barrett past Walker in the urban centers.

The r's did something RARELY done. They had a record turnout work to their advantage.

That's a game changer. That is probably mostly Citizen's United, and a sizable fraction of the Dems never really tapping into the anger about the tyrannical personalities of Walker and Fitzgerald.

When the corporatists come to your state, apply what you can learn from our failure.

Ain't no way they counted all of the votes yet. How did NBC come to the conclusion that he won with 22% of the vote and less than a million votes counted? This is classic bullshit, and why folks don't vote.

all the i polling saw up to the election was for walker.... 53... 52.... 51

all the exit polling indicated a dead heat.

They are at the point where they will blatantly, obviously, do anything to steal and keep power. Because for them, power is all it is about. And we're allowing them to do it.

Likely a net of 150,000 additional votes there.

It isn't close to enough, but it will be much closer than 60-40.

I usually avoid conspiracy theories or dismiss them as loony. But, something is wrong here. Really high voter turn out in urban areas, it should have been a win for Barrett.

And remember that Wisconsin is not a particularly diverse state. It's only about 5 percent black. That means that even with strong turnout, the black vote is still a relatively small percentage of the total.

Walker won this battle, but he's going to spend a lot of time appearing with Romney between now and November and it will all be for naught. The president will take Wisconsin with ease in the general.

I live in the Twin Cities now, I run into a whole lot of conservatives, it still shocks me the stuff that comes out of their mouths. I am not sure the percentage of black people around here, it seems kind of low even in this urban area.
