The Way It Is GOP Only Wants Programs Just For Republicans. Everyone Else Excluded.

A GOP in power would support government programs if it they could put "only registered Republicans or certified Christians" would be eligible. So if you were anyone else you get nothing. So Social Security, Medicare, et al would be for GOP only. In effect that is the bottom line. Look at voter ID and voting is for GOP supporters only.

1. Because they are the only 'real Americans'. Everyone else is 'tainted' by being the 'wrong' race,

religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation or national origin.

Government programs are supposed to be for "only registered Republicans or certified Christians" ('big government' is OK in that targeted sense) because they are 'real Americans who have a right to expect the government to support them. The problem, in their eyes, comes when the government starts being concerned with people here who are not "only registered Republicans or certified Christians" because they are 'lesser' Americans.

Case in point In Jefferson County Colorado we have a lady who is an idiot who is a County Commissioner dominated by GOP. The GOP used tax money to buy a $40,000 luxury car she could use free for her job as a commissioner.
