Alabama’s top judge blames ‘atheists, homosexuals and transgender’ people for legal complaint



This is far from Moore’s first brush with controversy. He was ejected from the Alabama Supreme Court in 2003 over his refusal to follow another court’s order that he remove a monument to the Ten Commandments from the Alabama Judicial Building in Montgomery.

So lemme get this straight. Moore didn't tell judges to defy
the Supreme Court ruling. He just said it had no bearing
on Alabama's same-sex marriage ban.

Moore: Darn that transvestite at the Southern Poverty Law
