But with a population that voted for Shrub twice and Raygun twice I could be wrong.

(131,104 posts)the people want CHANGE, and the Democrats and their party must recognize that and provide a CHANGE CANDIDATE. If they/we don't, tramp's chances improve.

(9,128 posts)The voting demographics are different from 2004, so maybe, just maybe he won't get elected.
Unfortunately, even without Kansas- and Wisconsin-style voter suppression, we've got a LOT of lazy-@$$, politically-immature young voters who don't realize than even having Hillary in the White House is better than giving the Donald and the Rethugs carte Blanche to ruin the country and leave a horrible future to our posterity.

What about H and the internet? Just look at the lame bs from H camp here to see she doesn't have the internet and never will.

but down play HRCs numbers with Latinos.
I thought you couldn't win with less that 40% of Latinos.
Also I believe if its close the electoral college results could take it away from Trump just like it did Gore in 2000.

I would say the opposite
say, a whole bunch of new voters register in California, and the Dems win the state by over 40 points.
That's over 4% in the national numbers and the electoral college doesn't change a bit.

(54,065 posts)That is their "guarentee win" number. There's probably half a dozen Electoral College combos that require little Hispanic market penetration--mostly involving the Great Lake states, solidify the holes in the Solid South, or breaking into the Dems' "Atlantic Wall" in New England.

(16,685 posts)And the idiots who keep talking about a landslide against him need the shit slapped out of them repeatedly.
Democrats have decided to run an establishment candidate with high negatives in a year where people are pissed and looking to outsiders. Not smart and potentially disastrous.
